At SIGIBEAM, we take pride in the quality of our craftsmanship. Because each of our wooden sculptures is meticulously handmade at our workshop in Asia, please allow 4–7 business days for your order to be crafted before it ships.

Once your piece is ready, we are committed to providing you with great value and reliable service.

Shipping Costs

  • Free Shipping: Most of our products ship for free from our warehouse in Asia. If a product does not qualify for free shipping, you can qualify by reaching a specific order threshold.

Shipping Times

Once your order leaves our workshop, shipping times vary based on your location:

  • Standard International: Typically 7–15 business days.

  • Extended Delivery: Please allow 15–22 business days for the Middle East, Israel, India, Norway, Switzerland, European remote islands, and remote U.S. areas (e.g., Hawaii).

  • Special Regions: Approximately 30 days for Russia and 35–45 business days for Colombia.

Please note: During peak periods, processing and shipping times may extend by an additional 5 business days due to high demand and factors beyond our control.

Shipping to Over 50 Countries

We are proud to offer international shipping. If we are unable to ship to your specific location, we will contact you directly to discuss the situation.

Tracking Your Order

You will receive an email containing a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

  • Note: Occasionally, due to the nature of free shipping, tracking may not be available for every package.

  • Tracking Updates: It can take 1–3 business days for tracking information to appear in the system. If you haven’t seen an update after 7 business days, please reach out to us.

Important Logistics Information

  • Multiple Packages: For logistical efficiency, items in a single order may sometimes be shipped in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

  • Customs & Fees: SIGIBEAM is not responsible for any customs fees incurred once items have shipped. By purchasing, you acknowledge that your package may be subject to duties upon arrival in your country.

  • Address Accuracy: Please verify your shipping and billing details before finalizing your purchase. We are not liable for packages sent to an incorrectly provided address. If we make an error on our end, we will take full responsibility and rectify the issue at no cost to you.
