Return & Refund Policy
We want you to love your SIGIBEAM purchase. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note: As our items are handmade, we only accept returns for items that arrive damaged during the shipping process.
How to Start a Return

Process: If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.

Important: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the item and email us at contact@sigibeam.shop so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved.

Approval: If approved, you will be automatically refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days.

Processing Time: Please remember that it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
